Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr account manager for Lifestyle Categories, you would be responsible for:

Driving the revenue, selection and customer experience for sellers in Lifestyle categories such as home, kitchen, baby, health and beauty etc.
Managing a team of account managers each of whom manage 30-40 sellers in Lifestyle and related categories.
Managing end to end relationship and performance for top souq.com marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
Exceed your targets for revenue, selection and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio
Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on souq.com
Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.
Liaise with internal teams such as operations, marketing, retail, content etc to achieve your targets.

 

Requirements

Minimum 5  years of experience of B2B account management in ecommerce, consumer internet, technology, telecom, consulting  or retail industries.
Experience of working with Lifestyle/Fashion retail or brands is highly desirable.
Experience in directly managing teams of 5+ account managers.
Analytical and data driven with good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
Entrepreneurial and startup experience is a big plus
MBA from a reputed institute is desirable
