Managing end to end relationship of strategic groups along with expansion of their portfolio available to souq
Exceed your targets for revenue, listings and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio
Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on souq.com
Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience of B2B account management in ecommerce, consumer internet or retail industries.
Good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
Functional knowledge of Arabic and experience in Middle East is a big plus.
MBA from a reputed institute is desirable
