Primary Responsibilities :

  • Managing end to end relationship and performance for top marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
  • Managing end to end relationship of strategic groups along with expansion of their portfolio available to souq
  • Exceed your targets for revenue, listings and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio
  • Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on
  • Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of B2B account management in FMCG, e-commerce, consumer internet or retail industries.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic languages.
  • Good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
