We are looking for a Trainer to help internal Employees and Sellers cultivate their skills and knowledge on key areas of Souq.com.
You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.
Your abilities to convey a message by utilizing your deep knowledge of Souq systems and operations.
Employee Trainings: The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of employees.
Seller Trainings: The goal is to educate marketplace sellers on souq selling system and improve their knowledge on important metrics that result in success of the sellers.
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Design effective training programs and presentations
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
Prepare educational material such as presentations, SOPs, guides, videos etc.
Support and mentor new employees
Train and educate new/existing sellers on souq dashboard
Keep attendance and other booking records
Update cross functional teams on training performances
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Proven experience as business trainer
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep well-informed of new techniques in corporate teaching
Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint & Excel); e-learning software is an asset
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills (Arabic & English)
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
BSc/BA in business, marketing or relevant field
Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders
Skilled collaborating as part of a team and working independently to deliver results.
Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
Experience using learning development and evaluation methodologies
